What you will do as a Community Relationships Manager:
Be responsible for leads management program and utilization of leads management software
Serve as company representative for trade shows and expos
Schedule community tours to Administrator/Executive Director’s calendar
Receive incoming referrals from external referral sources, maintaining excellent relationships with those referral sources
Receive incoming inquiries from family members, prospective residents, and those acting on behalf of prospective residents
Operate with empathy and helpfulness when assisting prospects through the pre-admission process
Maintain expertise in Long Term Care MaineCare program and application process

Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
Previous experience in a senior living community or nursing home devoted to the care of aging community members preferred.
Ability to provide high-level customer service that is both empathetic and thorough.
Ability to comfortably manage competing priorities and move between different tasks efficiently.
Understanding of the aging process and/or medical terminology.
Ability to multitask, particularly by performing data entry while on the phone with a customer.
A current valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company is required.
Must complete a criminal history record check to the satisfaction of the company.
Salary Description
$20 - $28 / hour
