Overview:

Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements to assess thefinancial and operational health of companies undergoing MAtransactions.Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needsand providing tailored advice to facilitate successful transactions.Contribute to the growth and development of the transaction advisoryservices practice through leadership and mentorship of junior staff.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in AccountingCPA required8+ years of experience; at least 3+ years within the transactionadvisory practice within a large public accounting firm requiredOther Highlights:
