　　The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth North Pinellas

　　The role you’ll contribute:

　　Performs general maintenance and preventive maintenance per Hospital policy. General Knowledge of air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution and systems, boiler and boiler water testing/treatment, Life Safety equipment, Oxygen, Medical Air, Nitrogen Systems and Emergency Generator Operator. Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Requests as assigned and required reports in timeframe set by Policies & Procedures. Assigned as “On-Call” Mechanic on a rotational basis.

　　The value you’ll bring to the team:

　　· Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and repairs throughout the Hospital

　　· Responsible for building maintenance of all satellite offices to include Palm Harbor Emergency Department

　　· Cooling Towers Testing and Treatment

　　· Maintain Water Softener salt levels, maintenance and settings

　　· General Maintenance, operations and treatment of boilers

　　Qualifications

　　The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

　　· High School Diploma or GED

　　· Minimum 2 Years Healthcare Building Maintenance Experience

　　· Valid Florida State Driver’s License
