Job Summary Provides front line leadership to a skilledtrade\'s workforce supporting a manufacturing, assembly, fabrication,distribution, and/or development & testing of motorcycles or motorcyclecomponent parts. Schedules skilled trades activities including laborallocation and day-to-day coordination. Leads work group and supportsrotation groups to achieve department metrics for safety, quality,delivery, cost, people, and sustainability. Demonstrates the knowledge,skills, and abilities required to engage at technical workforce. Fostersa culture and workforce that is motivated for continuous improvement byenhancing the overall function of the work group. Job ResponsibilitiesAppropriately addresses issues related to established policies,procedures, processes, and behavior Fosters the development of a highperformance work environment through focusing on overall equipmentutilization and performance. Coaches work groups in increasingproductivity through planning, performing, and monitoring operator,maintenance, and/or product development activities.
