Overview
The Sr. Lead Advisor will be responsible for interviewing pre-screened candidates who are seeking to own and operate a franchised Chick-fil-A restaurant. During the interview process, the Sr. Lead Advisor will assess the candidate's qualifications, competencies, skills, abilities, motivations, and will also discuss the Franchisee role. The Sr. Lead Advisor will evaluate candidates to determine the most competitive candidate pool for consideration of leading a world class profitable restaurant. The Sr. Lead Advisor will collaborate with Sr. Principal and Principal Operations Leads/Franchisee Selection to determine a candidate's competitiveness for a specific Chick-fil-A restaurant.
The Sr. Lead Advisor will report to the Sr. Principal Team Leader of Franchisee Sourcing. This is a non-people leader role.

Responsibilities
Understand and discern the unique profile and attributes of a Chick-fil-A Franchisee Effectively and consistently communicate the unique nature of the Chick-fil-A Franchisee role including the highlights of the Franchisee Agreement Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the selection process Review application, notes, candidate assessment results, and credentials for appropriateness of qualifications, competencies, skills, abilities, motivations, experience and knowledge in relation to the Franchisee role to prepare for interviews Conduct thorough, detailed interviews (2+ hours each) to gain a clear understanding of a candidates qualifications and ability to own/operate a franchised Chick-fil-A restaurant by utilizing different behavioral interviewing methods and formats: Virtual, In-Person, Role Simulation and In-Field Experiential Interview Prepare and provide complete, accurate interview notes for all interviews in a timely manner Effectively communicate accurate, and informative information to candidates about the company and the Franchisee role Discern and decide on Franchisee applicant's status within desired established timelines Lead/conduct restaurant In-Field Experiential Interviews with small groups of candidates Partner with Sr. Principal and Principal Operations Lead/Franchisee Selection to understand regional pipeline opportunities and maintain regional specific candidate draft boards Attend monthly regional meetings to gain an understanding of regional needs of real estate pipeline and overall candidate pool Participate in regularly scheduled departmental and team meetings Protects the confidentiality of the FDD, Operator Agreement, Real Estate development and candidate pool, etc. Manage regional candidate pool relationships to create a remarkable candidate experience with timely and informative communication touchpoints Proactively engages in development opportunities to hone interview skills, bias identification and grow restaurant business acumen Participate in selected project roles for the purpose of improving departmental quality and efficiency (as assigned)
Minimum Qualifications
Experience interviewing and/or recruiting candidates Understands key business skills (talent management, financial management, marketing, operations management, sales, and strategy) and knowledge/experience in different industries General knowledge of restaurant and/or business operations Strong attention to detail Strong interviewing and discernment skills Strong emotional intelligence Proven ability to maintain accurate and recorded information on all candidates Ability to effectively manage competing demands Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Exceptional phone communication skills Excellent written communication skills Experience working on a cross functional team and ability to work independently and self-managed Computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to utilize applicant tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
Technical experience (e.g. HRIS platform - preferably iCIMS), Oracle Experience conducting behavioral job interviews and evaluating a candidate in a non-biased and objective manner
