　　Job Responsibilities

　　Lead NRP JBP/CBP Management,ensure the supply on a national level,to achieve & exceed annual growth targets.

　　Lead to build long-term strategic partnership with RuiPeng including sales activities, vet tech support, logistics etc. to build BI's leadership in our categories.

　　Drive customer engagement & execution excellence in all levels of NRP from HQ to each hospital/store, thru leading KA team & field team & cross functional collaboration, and build up best customer experience.

　　Effectively management business investment to achieve mutually profitable growth thru JBP with KA customer.

　　Build BI brands thru building KA Vet top recommendation & joint consumer activity.

　　Build effective team, develop team capability and ensure team engagement.

　　Qualifications

　　Degree: Bachelor degree or above

　　Required skills: Strategic KA management capabilities: Customer Focus,Business Acumen, Strategic Focus,excellence execution, relationship management,influence

　　Language skills & proficiency: Good English skills

　　Required experience: 8-10 Sales experience, 5 years or above KA Management experience. With team management skill and experience.
