CLA is currently seeking a Senior IT/Business Project Manager to join our growing internal IT team. About the role: The Senior Project Manager helps to develop project proposals that address goals, timeframes, methodology, and staffing requirements for projects with information technology impact. They will oversee projects related to infrastructure, acquisitions, lifecycle management, and software installation and upgrades. Project assignments and complexity are matched to increased experience and skill levels. The Senior IT Project Manager's work is generally independent and collaborative in nature; receives guidance and direction from IT PMO, IT Leadership and Executive Project Sponsors, as needed. The Senior IT Project Manager works closely with the Lead IT Project Manager and Manager, IT PMO on education and promotion of Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will: Responsible for ensuring successful delivery across all project/product teams within the Enterprise program Provides direction and overall program leadership to project product team; ie. Program Increment Planning Partners with the business to ensure program is meeting the strategic direction of firm Establishing ownership of Program Governance and Controls; ie. Steering Committees, Advisory Boards Coach project leads and teams in project methodology; ie. Scrum Teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets Responsible for alignment of program 5-year vision and roadmap with business leadership Optimizes delivery flow and process improvement Assists in reporting, tracking and execution of project milestones; ie. Value Stream, Epics and Features Understanding and coordinating Project/Program interdependencies Facilitates to the escalation of risks, issues and impediments Responsible for program and product budgets as well as third-party vendors Responsible for seamless transition from project to appropriate team structures; ie. product manager, governance team, etc. What you will need: *5 years' experience in Internal Technology or technology environment *3 years of project management and/or supervisory experience *Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
