JOB DESCRIPTION:Travel to businesses daily as scheduledPerform preventative maintenance on existing HVAC systemsTroubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain commercial air conditioning and heating systems including:1.Heat Pumps2.Split Systems3.Package Units4.Ductless Splits5.Boilers6.Chillers7.WSHP8.Cooling Towers (Up to 20 Tons)9.Daiken VRV10.Electric motor controls (contactors, starters, replays, disconnects, thermostats etc.)11.Humidifiers, air cleaners and other HVAC accessories12. Roof Top commercial HVAC units13. Recovery Machines14. Vacuum Regulators
PROJECT:Preventative Maintenance for a Pharmaceutical project in Lakewood NJ (Renaissance). Project needs to be completed in a short amount of time and need someone to start before the end of the month.
