　　Job Description

　　What your new role will entail;

　　Our successful Belfast Water team have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Hydraulic Modeller to work across a number of frameworks with various clients in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

　　You will be responsible for the following:

　　Model build, verification, optioneering and water quality assessment using InfoWorks ICM & GIS tools (ArcGIS, MapInfo etc)

　　Scoping, procuring & managing all surveys including asset, flow, and catchment surveys.

　　Preparation of reports and presentation material.

　　Managing junior staff, providing required guidance, and checking their work.

　　Managing/supporting project managers in the delivery of wastewater network modelling projects and programmes of works.

　　Working closely with the Clients to build relationship.

　　Being part of the team;

　　You will be key to delivering wastewater network hydraulic modelling projects for Northern Ireland Water and Uisce Éireann (Irish Water).

　　We have secured long term framework contracts with UK & Ireland clients. We have been appointed under these frameworks to deliver wastewater network modelling projects that involves scoping, model build, verification, hydraulic assessment, optioneering, infiltration assessment, sewer rehabilitation and water quality impact assessments.

　　We are seeking Senior Hydraulic Modeller who could grow career with us and support our water team. You will be part of a diverse team of around 20+ Civil Engineers and Hydraulic Modellers working on hydraulic modelling projects for a variety of UK & Ireland clients.

　　The role will be a flexible working from home and office-based hybrid role.

　　Qualifications

　　Here's what we will need from you;

　　Engineering degree qualified

　　Chartered Engineer Status (or approaching chartered status)

　　Demonstrable experience in sewer hydraulic network modelling using InfoWorks ICM

　　Working knowledge of GIS Systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS) and MS 365

　　Be experienced in management and delivery of wastewater modelling projects.

　　Have knowledge and experience working with clients in the water industry, preferably with NI Water / Uisce Eireann.

　　Demonstrate excellent communication and business development skills.
