　　We are currently looking for a Senior HR & Payroll Specialist who would join our team remotely.

　　The primary focus of the Senior Specialist will be to support the activities for the payroll life cycle accurately and timely. You will have a key role in the support of all payroll activities in addition to providing support to the payroll team. As the Senior Specialist you will be expected to upskill and develop colleagues through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role while performing champion responsibilities for innovation.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　Supporting payroll and the payroll team from end to end according to the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks and transactionUnderstand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of serviceMaintaining current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road mapAnswering payroll related questions and requests from the team and from clients; supporting the Operations Manager with client engagement activitiesAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential informationAbility to resolve and support technical and functional issues escalated from other team members and clientsEnsuring compliant use of all systemsParticipating and championing innovation activities to drive continuous improvementSupporting and guiding project implementations and go-livesParticipating in projects and activities as needed and assigned

　　Requirements:

　　Very good German skills (B2 minimum)Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal skillsSelf-motivated and a willingness to learn3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environmentAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
