  Position Summary:

  This position will lead, manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners in support of the strategy execution for the assigned business unit. This position is responsible for leading the team of HR Business Partners that will be providing HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes through the execution of the business unit HR strategy. The Manager will lead the team that performs needs analysis to identify gaps in areas of compensation, talent, recruiting and change management and partner with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions to meet the needs of their assigned business unit. They possess a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with business clients and/or HR Leaders in areas such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management.

  This position is a member of Turkey Commercial Leadership Team and EEMEA HR Leadership Team.

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  Human Resources Expertise

  Serves as subject-matter expert to managers and team of HR Business PartnersImplements change based on proven change management techniquesApplies policies and procedures across organization; interprets both policies and changes to policy and serves as escalation for questionsEnsures team of HR Business Partners apply compliance knowledge to protect organization and mitigate riskSeeks ways to proactively improve organizational processes and outcomes; implements solutions that are aligned and consistent with global HR best practicesWorks with team members to identify and report trends to Senior HR Leaders for business unit

  Relationship Management

  Facilitates difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolves escalated conflicts among stakeholdersBuilds consensus and settles disputes on HR policy and practice decisionsOversee and lead employee litigation/dispute resolution for assigned business group

  Business Acumen

  Leads a team of HR Business Partners who execute HR business strategies to drive key business results; provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutionsMaintains broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; uses knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisionsDemonstrates working knowledge of the labor market and its relation to organizational success

  Consultation

  Leads a team that partners with managers and HR to proactively implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; supports managers on HR projectsCoaches managers on HR and business-related issuesEnsures solutions are aligned with business unit HR strategy and advocates for solution implementation

  Leadership

  Provide overall management and leadership to team of HR Business PartnersEnsures team communicates effectively with managers in order to execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational cultureImplements and delivers solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriateEnsures team of HR Business Partners provides consistent HR services for the operating entity

  HR Insights

  Interprets data and makes recommendations; asks critical questions needed to evaluate data; gathers, analyzes and presents data to managers and recommends solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategyAnalyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders

  Education & Special Trainings:

  B.A. or B.S from accredited university requiredAdvanced Degree preferred

  Qualifications & Experience:

  8+ years of work experience required - previous HR experience including supporting multiple functions and interacting with COE's and business leaders is required2+ years of direct supervision of others and previous HR leadership experience required8+ years of increasingly responsible human resources experience and demonstrated HR expertise at manager level preferred2+ years of HR leadership experience preferredDemonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, leveraging internal and external partners to meet the HR needs of the client baseStrong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skillsDemonstrated business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build relationships and influence different groupsDemonstrated implementation and execution abilityCapability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organizationSkilled with change processes in complex systemsDemonstrated conflict resolution skillsStrong situational assessment and objective evaluation skillsAdvanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  Must be able to:
