About The OpportunityThe Sr. HR Business Partner will deliveron key HR programs, best practices, and people solutions for the MenashaGlobal employees. The incumbent is a key advisor responsible forcreating, implementing, and championing initiatives to ensure alignmentwith organizational planning, talent management, and leadershipdevelopment. The Sr. HRBP is instrumental in fostering a culture thatpromotes growth, engagement, and optimal performance across theorganization. This position will partner with internal partners such asfinance, legal, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation,organizational effectiveness, and communications to collaborate insupporting the business. This role will support C-suite executives andtheir teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Gain a deep understanding of MenashaCorporation overall. Work with various executives on workforcechallenges and strategy, aligning talent priorities with businessobjectives to scale and transform the enterprise. Empower executives andsenior leaders through coaching and advising in talent-related areas,including performance concerns and sensitive employee relations issues.Full-cycle recruiting as needed including job posting, screening,interview coordination and onboarding Facilitates and/or deliverscompliance training as needed Helps to distribute communication toemployees on a variety of topics Utilize Workday HRIS system to processnew hires, changes, terminations, transfers and promotions EnsuresWorkday and data reflects accurate state of company and employeesProvide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence,forms and reports, arranging meetings and processing confidentialreports and documents Assess organizational development needs andprovide partnership and support in the areas of organizationaleffectiveness, organizational design, and change management. Analyzedata, trends, and metrics to drive insights, developrecommendations/solutions, and influence decision-making. Maintainknowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and newtechnologies in human resources Support and be an advocate ofenterprise-wide...
