About Senior HR Advisor

  Overview

  The People Experience Team exists to shape experiences that maximize the potential of our people. HR Connect is one of the four pillars within the People Experience team, whose primary focus is to empower employee success through general and expert level human assisted support for employee questions, supporting workers in difficult situations (i.e. employee loss, natural disasters, etc.), managing performance concerns, and partnering with centers of excellence (COEs) and key partners to make improvements and design & launch programs and experiences.

  HRC Specialists are experts in human assisted support, partnering closely with our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to improve, design and launch new programs and processes to create the best experience for our employees. They are an escalation point and provide support and coaching across the HR Connect team (e.g. channel team) as needed, in addition to driving or contributing to team initiatives and People & Places (P&) priorities.

  People Champion - Designs, develops, and implements changes that improve how we deliver our P&P customer benefits.Business Accelerator - Designs, develops, and implements changes that accelerate Intuit's strategy. Remains agile and resilient to external factors and trends that affect our people, workplace, and customers.Data Driven - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights that inform next steps and influence decisions.Change Leader - Defines and leads key workstream(s) in the end-to-end change plan. Identifies and engages the right stakeholders, keeps them informed of status and holds them accountable. Provides recommendations to remove risks and barriers.Domain Expert - Uses deep domain expertise to accelerate outcomes within their domain. Seeks external benchmarking to improve how the work gets done. Builds relationships and shares knowledge across P&P domains. Evolves or builds solutions for scale, standardizing and automating where possible.

  How you will lead

  Partner closely with COE's and key partners on the end-to-end design and launch of new and improved employee experiences across People & Places programs with frequent consultation with the team manager and senior members of the HRC Specialist team for supportLeverages key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement in employee experiences prioritized in the appropriate governing body Act as an escalation point and coach to channel advisors Provides best in class guidance and support to employees and managers on cases that require subject matter expertise beyond what our channel support team is able to provideCreates or contributes to the development of communications, FAQ's and protocolsDevelops, owns and maintains mostly defined internal HR Connect processes/protocols (e.g. natural disaster, employee loss process, hardship, etc.)Triage cases internally within HR Connect team and to COE's as appropriate and as assignedEstablishes cross functional relationships to serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to key partnersContributes to recruiting and onboarding efforts Leverages relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contributes to ongoing improvementsConsistently applies Intuit policies and standards to situations
