  The Role: Senior Global One Developer

  Grade : 12

  The Team:

  Global One is a third party developed application that we use to host, support and operate. It acts as the books and records system for respective securities lending businesses. It is a platform written in Unibasic using a Unidata database.

  The Impact:

  This role is an important client focused position where the developer will support two clients within their securities lending platform.

  What’s in it for you:

  Support and build of the platform

  Exposure to niche technologies

  Potential to be involved in migrating the clients platform to a new securities and lending platform

  Responsibilities:

  Second line support of the Global One platform

  Development of associated infrastructure and feeds

  Client requested development of feeds and additional modules

  All team members handle the delivery into production and ensure performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.

  What We’re Looking For:

  Experience with Perl is essential

  Securities lending knowledge is essential

  Global One knowledge is essential

  Experience with Java is desirable

  Knowledge of Unidata and Unibasic is desirable
