　　oBegin your daily service (if present)

　　oPull boats out of the shop

　　oCheck and clean inventory area

　　oClean and organize tools

　　oWork on other available jobs according to importance (see supervisor)

　　Shop upkeep (cleaning, organizing, and pride in workspace)

　　Clean up workspace at the end of each job and the end of each work day

　　Keep an accurate log of all work performed service checklist (signed),parts sheet, and labor sheet. The labor sheet MUST have accurate timeson them for each block of labor

　　Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are kept ina safe and usable condition at all times

　　Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repairissues

　　Maintain a positive attitude and work atmosphere

　　Self motivated and disciplined while taking initiative to do whats inthe best interest of the company and customers

　　Punctuality and ability to keep a prompt paced work ethic

　　Ability to follow directions and perform tasks requested to completion

　　oFollowing appropriate directions ensures quality of work

　　Work alongside Dane to learn and complete anything the shop needs

　　Inventory expectations keep inventory area clean and organized, noteitems that are low

　　Service expectations to be completed in a 6 hour time frame using theprovided checklist
