Job Summary:
Responsible for the oversight of our main lodge Food and Beverage department. You will be asked to oversee six bar/restaurants, this includes five year-round outlets with the addition of a pool bar during the summer months. This role reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director and is responsible for a management team of 8 with approximately 50 line level staff.

The budgeted range starts at Starting at $82,500 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the oversight of all Food and Beverage locations within the Main Lodge of the resort.
Provides leadership and development for managers throughout the department
Implement and act on Customer Satisfaction Metrics
Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for our outlets
Super user for all systems related to the Food and Beverage team, including but not limited to HR system, Time and Labor, Point of Sale, Procurement and Health and Safety
Engage in best practices for recruitment, training, coaching and leadership
Manage the financial goals for the Food and Beverage outlets and achieve financial goals for the division
Driving awareness and implementing safety and food safety initiatives and procedures, to include but not limited to food handling, RAMP, ServSafe and equipment
Acting as a steward of the environment and taking ownership of Vail Resorts Zero Waste initiatives
Job Requirements:
Required:
3 years of Multi-Unit management experience
5 years of Food and Beverage Management experience
Ability to manage a budget of up to $5M
ServSafe and RAMP certifications
Preferred:
Bachlor’s degree in hospitality or culinary
3 years of events, catering and/or banquet management experience
The expected pay range is Starting at $82,500 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
