In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Affairs Leaders, streamlining communications, facilitating departmental operations and making the environment productive, upbeat, pleasant and efficient. A great number of different administrative tasks and application of people and organizational skills are required.
Your role:
Support Executive(s) and Leader(s) within Regulatory Affairs
Schedule appointments, meetings, travel, small local events, organize F2F events, group events.
Coordinate space and office organization, maintaining data and systems.
Support local personnel in organization navigating Philips applications and policies.
Support team onboarding set-up and activities.
Agenda Management, Mail screen incoming and outgoing mail, processing, and priorities
Manage and distribute departmental announcements and communications.
Remain knowledgeable of corporate policies
Dealing with sensitive, complex, and highly confidential information
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in the role or equivalent level of responsibility
Your skills include outstanding organizational, communication and people skills; ability to manage projects; computer-savvy with experience – PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc
You have an associates degree or equivalent
You’re self-driven, enthusiastic and takes ownership to get things done; thrives at creating a positive environment; desire to grow in the role and organization
