Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst I to join our team in Holland, MI.The position will be eligible for a flexible work schedule which allows for work from home 1 or 2 days a week.
As a Senior Financial Analyst I, you will:
Lead financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis processes necessary to support Company objectives. Ensure all financial reporting and analysis comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Actively leads monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual audit and budgeting processes. The position involves providing crucial business support to the Americas Sales & Distribution teams and offering financial expertise to customer-facing departments, including Sales, Marketing, Business Resource Center, and Dealer Development.
Do you have these required qualifications?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Five years related experience, with progressively expanding duties in variety of accounting areas.
Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Master's in Business Administration.
CPA or CMA certification.
Experience with leading planning processes.
Experience with supporting corporate business groups.
Finance experience in the furniture or general manufacturing industry.
Global mindset and experience collaborating in a large international organization.
Advanced Excel skills to gather, analyze and report data.
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills.
Strong accounting, analysis, problem solving and data gathering skills.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
Ability to occasionally travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally.
