Description

　　Robert Half has an immediate opening for Accounting Manager with nonprofit experience. In this Accounting Manager role, you will lead a cleanup project, and review past financials to ensure accuracy. This organization went through a system conversion and have come to find that prior data was not transferred correctly. A solid understanding of unrestricted and restricted funds is a must. This is a fully remote opportunity that can start immediately.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

　　Collaborate with accounting management to deliver findings and recommendations

　　Prepare various accounting analyses, policies and procedures

　　Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes

　　Requirements

　　CPA/MBA preferred

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

　　Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

　　7+ years of recent relevant financial experience

　　Solid technical skills
