The Opportunity

　　Senior Director, Process & Solution Architecture will propel forward solution architectures across the Enterprise systems landscape, which comprises of our ERP platforms and Enabling Functions solutions (HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Real Estate, Communications). Focused on our enterprise processes, lead in creating modernized solutions that sets a scalable, differentiating set of solutions that position our organization for continued accelerated growth. Work across the I&T areas to appropriate understand their strategies and roadmap to ensure collective success in execution. Build and retain qualified candidates teams to enable successful outcomes.

　　The Role

　　Process Definition Alignment:

　　Partnering with Enterprise Process Owners, End to End and Enabling Functions domains, ensure we are holistically linking and driving integrated value of our solutions to improve efficiency and value.

　　Use process definition and mining tools to provide data informed conclusions on how to harmonize and make improvements.

　　Solution Architecture:

　　Promote solution architecture, process, and solution across our Products and Platforms within the Enterprise Systems domain.

　　Partner with Technology Office and Enterprise Architecture to align to overall reference architecture and domains.

　　Product and Platform Modernization:

　　With the definition of process architecture, grow modern solutions that take advantage of current technology patterns that can enable global scale.

　　With ERP has a core platform, ensure balance and value of out of the box and customization of solutions that will be built.

　　Talent Development:

　　Hire, develop and retain critical talent, modernization our delivery methodologies to align to a platform delivery mindset.

　　Build relationships with trusted technology and service partners.

　　Delivery Management:

　　Manage concurrent delivery initiatives across the targeted portfolio, optimizing delivery capacity and ensure value creation.Stakeholder Collaboration:

　　Managing both business and I&T partners, ensure successful collaboration and agreement of requirements and solutions enabled by the platform, creating, and communicating a coherent and tangible roadmap.Technology Expert:

　　Stay up to date on current trends in industry and within the technology landscape for adoption, and applying improvements and value, for the enterprise.Your Skills and Experience

　　Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

　　15+ years of progressive experience in the technology landscape, demonstrating continued growth and span of experience.

　　10+ years leading solution or enterprise architecture teams, with a focus on both business architecture and solution architecture.

　　7+ years of experience working with and driving architecture solutions for SAP ERP platform and analytics platform.

　　7+ years of experience delivering solution in regulated environments.

　　5+ years of experience partnering in defining both processes and solutions across OTC, ATR, PTI, IBP, P2P and major ERP processes.

　　5+ years delivering solutions applying modern cloud PaaS.

　　Strong understanding of cloud application architecture patterns and experience applying DevSecOps.

　　5+ years delivering solutions through Agile methodology.

　　3+ years demonstrated experience delivering solutions at a global enterprise scale.
