JOB REQUIREMENTS: Massage Therapist provides professional massagetreatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of numerous massagemodalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and bewilling to learn spa specific massage and body treatment offerings. Amassage therapist must know the products and services they are providingto effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the guest\'s needs.They must hold and maintain a current State of Wisconsin MassageTherapist License. -Perform scheduled massage services. -Provideindividualized massage treatments that meet the client\'s needs andexpectations. -Obtain the basic medical history for a client, assessesany problems or conditions -Ensure clients feel welcome when they arrivefor their appointments. -Uphold the standards of sanitation andsterilization as directed by law, policies and procedures. -Recommendsretail products for clients\' take-home care. -Promote and up-sellproducts and services. -Ensure that a high standard of service ismaintained throughout the spa. -Provide for guest privacy and comfortduring the treatment. -Provide for guest safety -Responsible forstocking towels and linen.
