Technologies: The CX platform leverages advanced technologies such as Salesforce Experience and B2B Commerce Clouds, SiteCore for content management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud for digital marketing initiatives, Salesforce Data Cloud for data integration, and custom full stack development using MERN/MEAN stacks.
