We are currently hiring aDirector, Operations Finance inBreinigsville PA or Cincinnati OH (onsite).The Director, Operations Finance reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer with a dotted line reporting responsibility to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. The position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and supply chain finance and manages a team of 20+. The position will be responsible for financial oversight of 3 company owned breweries and leading strategic financial analysis as it relates to contract manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and overall capital investments.This position will be the main finance point of contact and key business partner to the integrated supply chain team with an expectation to build strong relationships across the team, deliver clear and concise finance KPIs to drive action across the team and have a strong day to day presence on the brewery floors.What You'll Brew:Internal Breweries Financial OversightLead the finance function for the 3 company owned breweries in Breinigsville, PA, Cincinnati, OH and Milton, DE.Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close at each brewery and work closely with Corporate Accounting team on consolidation process.Identify cost savings opportunities within the breweries to improve cost per case.Lead annual budget and latest estimate ("LE') process for each brewery with bottoms up quantification of cost opportunities and volume impacts.Direct the development and utilization of common and standardized KPIs for brewery leadership that will drive superior brewery performance.Lead Overall COGS + Transportation Budgeting ProcessLead the overall COGS + transportation annual budget and LE process.Deliver clear and concise forecasting updates on a regular basis to executive leadership with focus on brewery performance, procurement savings and related inflation impacts, and optimization of our network when it comes to warehousing, transportation, and inventory obsolescence.Work closely with the Corporate FP&A team on consolidating COGS + transportation forecasting into the total company forecasts.Develop and Track Cost Savings InitiativesProvide governance and structure to the company's overall cost savings initiatives to improve gross margin.Develop annual cost savings target and track and present status against these targets monthly.Work directly with Operations counterpart for each savings area to hold them accountable and identify further risks and opportunities throughout the year. Savings areas include procurement, inventory obsolescence, transportation, warehousing, and brewery performance.Lead Capital Planning & Financial JustificationsLead the annual capital planning process working with Engineering to understand capital requirements, timing of spend and estimated completion dates.Correlate capital planning process with impact on total company depreciation and related return on investments.Ensure timely and accurate financial justifications for all capital projects prior to approval by executive leadership.Strategic Finance ProjectsPerform ad hoc strategic financial analysis as directed by executive leadership or supply chain leadership.Ensure financial supply chain financial decisions are made while thinking about the holistic picture of our internal breweries, contract manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation.What Ingredients You'll Bring:Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance with heavy focus in accounting and manufacturing areasMBA in Accounting/Finance15+ years in manufacturing, cost accounting and operations environment10+ years in management capacity with increasing role responsibilities and in staff management5+ years experience in a Plant Controller or similar role5+ years of experience in both FP&A and Reporting roles at a Corporate/ Division locationExperience in Consumer Products and/ or Beverage companies essential.P oven proficiency with all Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Power Point) requiredPreferred Qualifications:Alcohol beverage industry experience.Level: 3Some Perks:Our people are our most important "ingredient."
