  Responsibilities Be an Emerging Technology Expert: Act as a subject matter expert in emerging technologies related to Account Management and Delivery Management within the Healthcare Payer sector Strategic Account Management: Take charge of both current account management and upselling initiatives into target clients. Develop and execute business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals Collaborate and Align: Work closely with other EPAM Account and Delivery Managers, as well as Senior Leadership, to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and overall client satisfaction Requirements

The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $152k- $250k.
