　　We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in Business Intelligence to join our Data Science & Analytics team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining holistic business intelligence solutions based on industry best practices and help lead the way in redefining data into actionable insights. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and senior company leaders to deliver end-to-end data analysis and visualization solutions that will accelerate our data-driven business decisions.

　　Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, integrate, and analyze data from various sources. Design, build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and ongoing analyses to enable data-driven decisions across partner business teams Build visually engaging and insightful dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly, Data Studio) Work closely with other data scientists and stakeholders to develop scalable reporting packages and statistical analyses to drive business results. Manage and implement analytics solutions end-to-end, including project management, data gathering and manipulation, modeling, problem-solving, and communication of insights and recommendations. Mentor and guide junior data scientists in developing their analytical skills and understanding of business intelligence tools. Stay informed about the latest BI tools and technologies and recommend their adoption as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems). 5+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or related roles. Experience in programming to extract, transform, and clean large data sets Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Data Studio for full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis, and presentation Outstanding problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Able to relocate to or work in our New York or Pittsburgh office Bonus Points Master's degree in data science, economics, statistics, or an equivalent quantitative field Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership Experience at a high-growth company that has undertaken an IPO An impressive Duolingo XP or streak! The starting base salary range for this role is, $139,200 - $259,900. Actual salary may vary based on level, work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.
