　　About the opportunity:

　　AXIOM is one of the DSA alliance partners and is an unincorporated Joint Venture (JV) made up of four major engineering contracting companies each with complementary capabilities and skills. The members have excellent nuclear pedigrees, demonstrated expertise and effective track records across the UK nuclear fleet and related nuclear industries.

　　The extensive capacity and capabilities of the AXIOM alliance provide the essential expertise that is crucial to achieving both the designs of the alliance and the wider goals of Sellafield Ltd and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).

　　We are looking for a Cost Engineer to join our team at Birchwood Park, Warrington.

　　Some of your responsibilities:

　　Maintain and report (inputting and extracting data where appropriate) time and cost bookings.

　　Facilitating new starter accounts

　　Developing and maintaining a suitable cost breakdown structure (CBS).

　　Monitor, manage and report against budget, time and costs across a portfolio of task orders / sub-task orders within AXIOM

　　Preparation of accurate payment applications / valuation certificates / summaries including forecasts (e.g. 2+2 weeks) and expediting service entry numbers (or Instructions to Invoice) from SL for the full payment due.

　　Sub consultant cost monitoring and reporting to AXIOM and SL. Review of sub consultant invoices and advising the PM of payments due.

　　Prepare monthly cost reports for the AXIOM DSI and AXIOM central cost/financial control team in line with the AXIOM procedures / instructions. This will include AXIOM and sub consultant costs.

　　Assisting the SPEM/AEM in the production and update of cash flow / expenditure forecasts Estimates at Completion (EAC)

　　Using PCT’s, Schedule’s and Estimates to build a resource profile into the Resource Planner / Control Estimate.

　　Close out task orders on completion

　　Here's What You'll Need:

　　Experience working in a fast-paced project environment

　　Familiar with working under NEC3 contracts

　　Good working knowledge of CEMAR
