　　Position Summary

　　To deliver outstanding quality service to customers through creative problem-solving and with a consultancy mindset. Provide expertise in the areas of contracts and project management. Drive compliance with Aetna's internal and external obligations.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　• Primary intermediary providing contract drafting and consulting services.

　　• Ensures all contracts are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.

　　• Prepares, reviews and/or edits contracts according to pre-determined standards; ensures contract provisions are mapped accordingly and drafts contracts requested by clients. Following a thorough evaluation of client's contract and other related documents, effectively communicates any required revisions and or changes needed. Also support custom products and/or services in contract generation.

　　• Contracts report generation on a semi-monthly basis.

　　• Develop people and processes.

　　• Train others by sharing knowledge and being a resource for contract analyst questions.

　　• Consistently performs the above tasks at an advanced or mastery level.

　　• Acts independently of management to influence and change other's behavior and advance team effectiveness to meet department goals. Coaches and develops other department members. Other duties as assigned.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Prior contract drafting and healthcare benefits related experience.

　　Education

　　Bachelor degree or equivalent.

　　Pay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$18.50 - $34.60

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
