　　Day In The Life:

　　As an Advanced Pharmacy Technician, you will work to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance are met for our patients receiving intravenous therapy. Our IV Services team focuses on order fulfillment including admixing and dispensing of medications and medication-related supplies. Example tasks and responsibilities include:

　　Partnering with our IV pharmacists to coordinate workflow

　　Admixing/ compounding intravenous medications accurately and in a timely manner

　　Maintaining environmental standards required of sterile admixture spaces

　　Stocking supplies and medications to ensure ongoing, uninterrupted service to our patients

　　Interacting with customers to gather patient information and accurately communicate details around our IV Services

　　Performing physical inventories of medication

　　The Team:

　　Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, provides care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Our Omnicare of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, location is one of the larger Omnicare locations in the country. This site operates 24x7 serving a large number of facilities in addition to providing seamless support to other Omnicare locations. Although Omnicare pharmacies are not open to the public, you’ll work amongst great colleagues in a supportive environment aligned with the company’s mission, allowing our customers to focus on giving their patients the best care. We are seeking an experienced pharmacy technician to work 10:30PM to 6:30AM, Monday through Friday while also sharing in a weekend rotation (shift times vary).

　　Required Qualifications:

　　One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications:

　　Additional Skills/Experience, but not Required:

　　Prior experience in the long-term care industry

　　Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

　　PTCB National Certification

　　Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience

　　Education

　　Verifiable High School Diploma or GEDPay Range

　　The typical pay range for this role is:

　　$17.00 - $29.88

　　This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
