We’re looking for a Senior Consulting Software Developer CCL to join our team.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

We're seeking an experienced CCL software developer who has a broad understanding of Millennium solutions, industry standard methodologies, and multiple Millennium solution data model designs. You will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver custom solutions that meet our customers’ business needs. You will be creating custom solutions to better meet the needs of our growing customer base.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to design custom solutions using Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Contributes to statements of work and solution designs.

Acts as architect for the teams’ junior engineers and is responsible for project code quality.

Lead customers’ custom solution design sessions.

Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.

Possesses a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

Conducts code reviews and provides knowledge transfers to other team members.

Contributes to technical knowledge base documentation.

Contributes or leads team initiatives.

Mentors’ junior engineers.

Collaborates across other solution teams and organizations within Oracle.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
