Pay Rate: $45-55/hour

Shift: 1st

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with a robust background in aerospace parts programming using NX CAM. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with travel on-site as needed to Lynn, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC parts programming and re-programming for identified part numbers

Reviewing planning and routers for process improvements

Conducting part and CNC tooling reviews

Optimizing and reducing tooling requirements

Implementing insert trials to enhance part quality and reduce cycle times

Developing new repair processes for non-conforming materials

Creating rework procedures for non-conforming work in process

Performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Experience in CNC programming of 5-axis mills, lathes, and grinders

Proficiency with NX software

Strong knowledge of aviation parts

Ability to read blueprints and routers/planners

Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT)

Legal authorization to work in the United States: US Citizen or permanent resident of the US due to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology
