Job DescriptionUtilize CMM using PCDMIS CAD software and inspection equipment i.e., height gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, and surface analyzer, to measure/layout complex components to engineering requirements.Write CMM programs and program CMM using CAD models and/or blueprints to measure complex components to verify conformance to engineering specifications and standards.Interpret and understand complex technical documentation such as blueprints and specifications, as well as perform and certify inspections and tests in accordance with the technical documentation.Maintain inspection documentation (written, electronic and photographic).Identify/perform root cause analysis on machining and/or assembly issues and offer recommendations for resolution.Successfully complete measurements and tasks on time to aggressive schedules.Comply with all AAM safety policies and procedures.Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety practices.All other duties as assigned.
