　　Autodesk is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Partner to support Senior Sourcing Managers in sourcing and negotiation activities, as well as manage Sourcing processes. The successful candidate must demonstrate a passion for developing relationships with stakeholders, dedication to excellent customer service and a growth mindset for learning new skills, taking on new challenges and working with global stakeholders. The successful candidate must also have a good understanding contractual terms and conditions and some experience in negotiating with suppliers. The successful Sourcing Partner will support the Sourcing Managers with data analysis including portfolio analysis, planning, consolidation, supplier scorecards and vendor management.

　　Strategic Sourcing is a dynamic and growing organization within Autodesk's Purchasing, Programs and Operations department. In addition to the specific sourcing and vendor management responsibilities, this position is expected to contribute to the maturity of the overall function. This includes creating and refining processes, tools and templates that can be applied to across all vendors and categories worldwide. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing. The resource will be located in Singapore and will primarily support sourcing needs in APAC, however, will be asked to support other contract and sourcing needs in other regions as necessary.

　　Responsibilities

　　Manage a large workload and constant flow of inquiries, especially during peak times, while maintaining a delight the customer mindsetMaintain thorough understanding for end-to-end purchase to pay processes and functional team responsibilities between Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable and assist in resolving cross-team issues in a collaborative mannerManage country-specific processes within the EMEA, AMER and or APAC regionSupport the RFx process when appropriateIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automationHelp identify areas of risk for the business (i.e., indemnities, limits of liability, delivery of service, quality, performance, timeline, warranty, governance, or other contractual terms); make recommendations where applicableMaintain proficiency in relevant policies and procedures; be able to articulate and enforce such policies and proceduresFacilitate employee compliance with procurement policies and systems and ensures segregation of duties. Report to Purchasing Managers and appropriate Finance Manager any incidents of non-complianceIn conjunction with Sourcing Managers review and analyze data to determine cost saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and/or contract renegotiationsAbility to build and maintain relationships with internal customers / clients as well as vendorsAbility to shine under pressure while dealing with changing priorities and timelinesAbility to clearly demonstrate subject matter expertise in sourcing initiatives to stakeholdersLive the Autodesk cultural values by being Smart, Innovative, Adaptable, Inclusive, Impactful, Humble, Courageous, Accountable, Pragmatic and Customer Focused

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　2+ years' experience focused on, Strategic Sourcing and/or Category Management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBA or equivalent experienceStrong negotiation/influencing and presentation skillsStrong English skillsStrong Business Chinese skills in both oral and writtenProcurement specific qualification a plus
