　　Position Overview

　　As a User Experience Design intern, you will work on one of the most strategic initiatives - unifying the experience of how our customers access their data for all of Autodesk's products. You'll collaborate with product teams from across the company and work on features that sit at the center of strategic subscriber value. This is your chance to get hands-on experience that has impact on our company and our customers. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Experience Design. You will bring a thoughtful approach to organization, collaboration, and execution on behalf of the customer.

　　You Will:

　　Use information from analytics and customer interactions to help inform design decisions Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers Participate in customer research to validate designs and make iterative improvements Prototype solutions and create mock-ups using FigmaApply established design systems to create designs that are both functional and visually appealing

　　You Are:

　　A full-time student in a field related to user experience design, human-computer interaction, computer science, design research, or information science at an accredited programExperienced with conducting qualitative research studies and documenting findings (research for class projects is acceptable)

　　About the US Intern Program

　　The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 - August 9 or June 17 - September 6). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. Our internships align with Autodesk's Flexible Workplace approach, which is designed to meet the needs of our business while supporting office, remote and hybrid work preferences.

　　Salary Transparency

　　Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.

　　For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:

　　$47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)$72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)$118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
