Sr BPI Lead
LOCATION: Barcelona / Bucharest
REPORTS TO: Operations Senior Business Excellence Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Operations Sr Excellence Manager for New Business Solutions ESI (NBS ESI), this role will be responsible to support the organization in continuous business improvement by defining new processes and analyzing existing ones, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing those within Operations department. Supporting as well as Nextgen Program for Operations Business Readiness and Go To Market workstream, towards the business readiness and General Availability (GA) for NBS ESI.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Draw end to end implementation existing processes identifying and support on the business transformation to support for the future strategic model.
Participate on the NPI (New Product Introduction) program portfolio delivery working closer to the Program Management Office (PMO) team.
Participate on the NBS program portfolio delivery working closer to the Program Management Office (PMO) team, with NBS ESI initiatives for iHCM among others.
Work closer to Implementation and Service teams across the Operations team and Release Manager to identify and assess on process impact for new product enhancements.
Internal reporting to the department leadership.
Support the Organization readiness and change management.
KEY DUTIES / TASKS:
Lead workshops with key stakeholders and SME for the Operational Model definition as well as draw and document existing processes.
Identification and definition of new processes and productivity improvements, standardization and cost savings to make offer scalable for each of the localizations with the global scope centralization. Execute the BPI strategy and drive the roadmap of key initiatives focusing on client and associate engagement, standardization, simplification and automation.
Support the organization in the transformation and new products introduction by analyzing, define, and ensure the business readiness within the operations organization.
Proactively review processes and propose improvements areas in a structured way so can be managed as part of business initiatives with the right stakeholders and visibility to leadership.
Identify impacts in other areas and solutions and work together with the impacted team to find and align on processes.
Work together with PMO to support and deliver on time based on project timelines and business requirements. Have full control of projects by understanding and leading project progression, assessing risks and impact on the project's timelines.
Work and support with key stakeholders on the communication and training to deploy new initiatives within the organization.
Support for the organization readiness and define required actions for change management across multiple teams.
Support the organization readiness by delivering timely identified deliverables for the different initiatives; including documentation, end to end processes flow and any other.
Internal reporting to senior leadership.
Participate in any other assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the Snr. Business Excellence Manager.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
University degree or comparable education.
5+ years of experience working as a Functional, Data or Business Analyst, BPI.
Proven experience in project management. Project management certifications are an advantage.
Proven experience in BPI and project management tools and practices. Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework certification are an advantage.
Strong communication and change management skills.
Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties.
International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment.
Must be able to understand HR/Payroll processes and high-level concepts.
Proficient in English. Additional languages are pluses.
