Job Description:

　　The Senior Benefits Analyst will play an integral role in overseeing development and delivery of Global Benefit programs and projects. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards this individual will collaborate within the Total Rewards and People teams and be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering the organization's global benefits and wellness policies, procedures, and programs across 15 countries in EMEA & APAC.

　　Responsibilities Include

　　In partnership with global benefits broker and Director, Total Rewards, design, recommend, implement and manage benefits programs across 15 countries.

　　Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries regarding their benefits. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package for each operating country.

　　Oversee annual benefit renewals in 15 countries

　　Serve as primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.

　　Document and maintain administrative procedures for benefits processes. Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

　　Leave administration (parental, military, time off, etc)

　　Survey industry trends. Complete benefits surveys, analyze trends, and incorporate into the annual benefits review. Develop specific recommendations for review by management.

　　Monitor administrative costs of benefits programs and recommend cost containment strategies, including alternative methods for administration and funding.

　　Prepare budgetary recommendations and assist in the monitoring, verifying, and reconciling of budgeted funds.

　　Oversee the processing of monthly vendor billings.

　　Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and filings such as 5500, ACA 1095-Cs, Massachusetts HIRD reporting, etc.

　　Cross-train with the Senior Manager Compensation for an ongoing, comprehensive view of Total Rewards at DataRobot

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or comparable experience.

　　A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits.

　　Global benefits management and administration experience.

　　Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

　　Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft and Google products; experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms and benefits databases.

　　Project and team management/leadership skills and experience.

　　Collaborative working style.

　　Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs.

　　Ability to understand, evaluate and make judgments on proposals (RFPs).

　　Knowledge of benefits contract language.

　　Knowledge of pertinent regulations, filing, and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits programs if preferred.

　　Excellent communication and organization skills.
