　　Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, flexible Senior Quality Manager to join ourteam. You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure tomany different processes and tasks.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, thefollowing.Manage and direct the Quality department consisting of salaried QualityEngineers, Team Leader, and Quality TechniciansEnsure that the Quality team has the correct competenciesEnsure compliance to ISO/TS 16949 within agreed upon scope of certificationEnsure that local management system is compliant to agreed customerrequirementsDrive the Continuous Improvement Process related to Quality
