　　Position Overview:

　　The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective performance of the department by managing people, setting effective standards and development + improvement, guaranteeing the optimal running of machines and planning and managing the daily and weekly activities of his/her team in order to achieve the planned KPi with respect to quality and optimal cost while adhering to best practices (GOP).

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Manages the team of electronics and automatization engineers, gives them daily, weekly, and mothly tasks

　　Prepares the mid- and long-term maintenance plans and overhauls

　　Manages and schedules the working hours of mechanics/contractors

　　Manages investment projects in the role of project manager from assignment to implementation with full responsibility for the project

　　Owns maintenance and planning system. Manages the scheduling of maintenance work, manages the execution of scheduled maintenance according to the annual maintenance plan, ensures the inspections and updating of technical documentation of the equipment when necessary
