About Senior B2B Product Marketing Manager

  monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with B2B expertise to join our Growth Marketing Group as part of the B2B PMM team and act as the first US based PMM in the organization.

  In this role, you will be in charge of developing the local product marketing strategy, crafting new GTM relevant to the NAM region, and serving as a leading marketing function within the territory.

  As PMM, you will constantly bridge relevant information across the product, marketing, and client-facing teams to improve alignment and maximize ARR.

  You will orchestrate precise alignment and messaging throughout all phases of marketing and sales initiatives, from planning to execution and monitoring. Collaborating with the Regional Marketing Manager, as well as the Sales Enablement team, you will be ensuring deep product marketing support end-to-end by creating sales collateral, supporting lead generation activities, researching market trends, supporting reps in closing challenging opportunities, etc.

  We are looking for a team player with leadership capabilities, extensive experience in B2B marketing, and proven background as a skilled PMM in a SaaS company.

  Conduct in-depth research on buyer personas, competitors, and market landscape, and implement learnings across the entire marketing and product sides.Craft a cohesive product messaging and value proposition, and articulate fine-tunings along the sales funnel to create a holistic buying journey.Develop a full marketing strategy to support global product growth utilizing a variety of B2B channels and activities, including events, acquisition campaigns, communities, analyst relations, sales enablement, etc.Closely collaborate with the local sales, marketing, and product leadership as well as PMMs within the headquarters to create alignment, ensure success, and meet ARR goals.Constantly work hand-in-hand with sellers to gather feedback, optimize the sales funnel, and bring in new business.

  Your Experience & Skills

  7+ years of experience as a B2B PMM in a SaaS company.Proven experience in optimizing and growing the B2B sales funnel from both inbound and outbound perspectives (including lead generations and ABM activities support).Experience with building GTM strategies, hands-on sales collateral, and collaborating with content and design managers.Strategic thinker and result-driven individual with strong analytical skills.Proactive leader with an entrepreneurial approach and a can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills.

  Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office and requires 3 days in office. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

  Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.

  For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000-$180,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
