Senior IT Support Specialist

　　Join a dynamic team at a well-established company in Montebello, CA, as we expand our IT capabilities. Kelly Technology Division is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to contribute to the administration and enhancement of our professional IT infrastructures.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Administer Professional IT infrastructures, including email traffic, remote access and security, WAN & LAN, Telephony System, and Cell Phones.

　　Initiate and drive the completion of necessary IT infrastructure projects.

　　Provide valuable feedback for the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.

　　Offer support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues.

　　Collaborate with other IT Team Members to implement internal systems.

　　Document all technical work and enhance existing documentation.

　　Requirements:

　　Proficiency in Office 365

　　Experience in Server and Workstation Administration

　　Expertise in Active Directory (ADMIN)

　　Knowledge of Group Policies

　　Familiarity with Patching using WSUS

　　Competence in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

　　Ability in Software Deploy/Inventory management

　　Experience with Hardware and Inventory Management

　　Familiarity with Server and Application Alerting Systems

　　Proficiency in Helpdesk Ticketing Systems

　　Knowledge in ITIL Best Practices (Preferred)

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in a Senior IT Support role

　　Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

　　Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

　　IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus
