  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Associate, Registered Nurse - Medical Center -25589 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Associate, RegisteredNurse you will be a member of corporate medical services and report tothe Associate Manager of Corporate Medical Services. You will beresponsible for providing care in acute and emergency situations on acontinual basis in response to the employee\'s physical and emotionalhealth needs. You will also be responsible for promoting the health ofour employees through routine health screenings and events. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES * Administer and conduct medical screening, wellnessand health promotion programs in line with company programs and policies(e.g., biometric screenings, flu vaccinations) * Coordinate and/orexecute a variety of programs including but not limited to:pre-employment physicals, drug testing, executive physicals, pulmonaryfunction testing, hearing conservation testing, etc. This should occurin partnership with others on the team * Provide follow up withemployees to assist with medical-related issues to ensure compliancewith plan of care. Contacts employees on lost time or modified duty atreasonable intervals; keeps supervisors informed of progress *Consultant for employees regarding international business travel byreviewing itinerary, risk, immunization requirements, general educationand prevention measures * Propose, research, plan and implementemployee health programs as needs and trends with the SCJ workforcechange over time * May be involved in maintaining and aggregatingclinical data from multiple applications to provide information andinsights that can be used to make sound business decisions and plan forfuture needs. This may require working collaboratively with the medicalteam and other functional departments (e.g., SHE, BPT, HR, etc.). * Actas a resource to troubleshoot issues with medical systems/applications* Maintain confidentiality of employee health information in accordancewith HIPAA guidelines. Maintain medical files for employees, includingshort-term disability, worker\'s compensation, medical restrictions, andmedical history information BENEFITS AND PERKS SC Johnson\'s totalcompensation packages are at or above industry levels. Download the EEO is the Law poster for moreinformation. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIREDEXPERIENCE YOU\'LL BRING * Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor\'sdeg ee in Nursing preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience inclinical nursing including experience in occupational health,ergonomics, or safety training or within an urgent care or emergencyroom setting * Registered Nurse license for Wisconsin (Illinoislicensure a plus) * Certification in Cardio-Pulmonary ResuscitationPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS * Certified Occupational Health NurseSpecialist (COHN) * Working knowledge of OSHA, Workers Compensationclaim management, and ADA * Excellent communication skills to workeffectively with physicians, patients and staff * Excellentinterpersonal skills, ability to engage others diplomatically andtactfully * Excellent organizational skills and the ability toeffectively handle multiple projects and issues * Demonstrated abilityto work independently and productively * Strong computer skillsincluding experience in the use of Microsoft Office or similar productsand medical-related information systems JOB REQUIREMENTS * Hours mayvary to support various shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd) * Minimal travel *Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job. * Must be able to:* Lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist. * Lift up to 20 lbs. overthe head. * Carry up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance. * Push/pullwith 30 lbs. of force. * Perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with asecond person present. * Position requires use of foot pedals on cartsor mach ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:https://ars2.equest.com/?response_id=6db88bd3c8b56df202fec40d6b5aa877Other: Applicants ONLY to apply via URL link provided!
