Looking for a strong AP Specialist in Riverside - this position is starting out as a contract and is fully onsite.

　　Description:

　　Assist with vouchering invoices for payment according to established processes and controls to ensure prompt payment; assist with required follow up; assist with vendor statement review, and other miscellaneous accounts payable duties.

　　Assisting suppliers with incoming questions, and setting up new vendor profiles.

　　Skills:

　　Accounts payable, Invoice processing, Accounting, Invoicing, Purchase order, Microsoft office, Microsoft excel

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Invoice vouchering

　　Assigning 1099 withholding codes

　　High School Diploma

　　1-2 YOE with invoice processing, vendor set up, knowledge of AP software (preferably Oracle)
