Execute external audit engagements for clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Prepare and review audit work papers. Assist with audit planning and risk assessment. Communicate accounting and audit issues to clients. Understand and utilize KPMG's audit methodology. Identify performance improvement opportunities for assigned clients. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.--5:00 p.m.)

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS:

　　Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

　　Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Auditing financial statements; Researching technical accounting issues; Communicating accounting and audit issues; and Documenting audit procedures performed.

　　Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: U.S. GAAP.

　　Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. required up to 10%.
