Centegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including seniors, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services.

  Entegra is seeking a Director II, Supplier Growth and Engagement to join their growing team in a critical and highly strategic business segment. This position will lead Entegra’s Supplier Growth & Engagement efforts with the vision of being the best Group Purchasing Partner to our suppliers in the industry.

  The Dir II, Supplier Growth and Engagement supports the Entegra supplier community by engaging suppliers to understand their businesses, growth objectives, and innovations; with the goal of activating those suppliers and connecting them to growth-focused opportunities within Entegra’s cross-functional teams and clients.

  This is a remote opportunity; Preferred candidates will reside East Coast or

  Mid-West in close proximity of a major airport.

  25-30% Travel

  Key responsibilities for this position include:

  Lead a team responsible for activating and connecting suppliers to clients through cross-functional collaboration utilizing a variety of platforms, tactics, and strategies that drive measurable supplier and client growth across all Entegra segments.

  Contribute to Entegra’s Growth through increased client contract utilization and Local and Direct Growth.

  Owns the continuous evolution of how Entegra activates, engages, and drives measurable growth with suppliers, clients and Entegra. Focuses on the development of clear onboarding/activation processes, annual growth plans across suppliers and supplier tiers and the cross-functional execution of those plans across Entegra and the supplier community.

  Leads the Supplier Activation & Engagement Teams offering team members’ individually focused growth opportunities and raising awareness of supplier engagement’s capabilities and impact across the organization.

  Support and contribute to synergies between Sodexo Supply Management, Entegra Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to promote new suppliers and supplier innovation (new products, programs, or services) with measurable return on investment (ROI) to all stakeholders.

  Develop and execute new resources, processes, and platforms to elevate and enhance Entegra’s Supplier Engagement capability as a differentiator from competitor GPOs.

  Participate in and lead supplier-specific planning and deployment of Entegra’s annual Connect conference and events.

  The successful candidate will possess the following:

  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  7+ years of experience

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  Strong background in the hospitality and/ or GPO industries in client/account management, sales and/or marketing

  Strong Project Management experience
