Your Role: The SeniorAssociate Analytical Validation Specialist at MilliporeSigma willsupport plans to validate analytical methodology and instrumentationaccording to customer and/or internal policy, support, monitor, andreport actualization of the plan, and complete all necessarydocumentation required to realize the maximum value of the resultinginformation. Additional responsibilities include the following: Ensurethat all change management requirements are followed per companypolicies and procedures Request necessary resources and support projectteam development, which could include analysts, metrologists, productionstaff and project managers Work with local management to meet or exceedall established deadlines Report study results within MilliporeSigmavalidation team Assist internal groups to identify methods and processesin need of validation, including analytical methodology as well asinstrument and method comparison studies and instrumentinitiation/operation qualification Take a proactive role maintainingsite validation policies and SOPs to meet industry standards and companypolicies Contribute to the content creation for white paperdocumentation that is presented to customers When validation isnecessary to resolve a quality investigation, support the developmentand execution of a protocol to guide the investigation, requestresources to research activities, and provide the statistical analysisreports to support the findings of the experiments Represent QualityControl in local validation investigations initiated by production orQuality Assurance as needed Determine the hypothesis and scope of theinvestigation, as appropriate Request resources to support theinvestigation, such as sample analysis and data compilation, which couldinclude support of analysts, metrologists and QC QA Liaisons Evaluatethe results of the investigation and provide conclusions to theinvestigation team Support the success of the Long-Term Stability (LTS)program Understand and support the LTS requirements for customers andinternal policy, especially Gage R&R refresh tasks Request resources tosupport data acquisition and compilation, including updating controlcharts, which could include support of analysts and the appropriate QALiaison Establish realistic and achievable deadlines for all requiredwork and ensure that the deadlines are being met Establish new controlcharts, including selection and validation of monitor parameters Expandknowledge and application of LTS across new and established measuringsystems Provide continuous technical instruction for the QC departmentregarding Measuring Systems Analysis (MSA) terms and definitions Performother functions and duties that may be assigned by Quality managementWho You Are: Minimum Qualification: Associate degree in a PhysicalScience or Mathematics discipline 1+ year of experience with analyticalmethods and/or statistical analysis Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Science disciplinewith a minor in Sta To view the full job description please use the linkbelow ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjQ3ODI2Ljg3NzBAZW1kbWlsbGlwb3JlY29tcC5hcGxp HJhay5jb20
