JOB REQUIREMENTS: Heartland Technology Group Description: Roles andResponsibilities/Essential Functions: Manage projects from conceptcreation through implementation. Facilitate the project scope, goals,milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements. Actas a customer engagement manager on all customer projects with emphasison delivering agreed scope on time, on budget while providingoutstanding customer experience. Manage project teams and outsidevendors to ensure successful delivery of project services anddeliverables. Develop and implement project communication plans toverify all stakeholders and project team members are informed of projectstatus. Consult with and collaborate with all stakeholders to create andexecute overall project plan. Lead and coordinate daily operations ofproject teams, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, settingdeadlines. Mitigate and manage escalated project issues and risks. Meetwith department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others asneeded to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Evaluate proposalsto assess project feasibility and requirements. Prepare and reviewoperational reports and project progress reports. Expertly establish andmanage project cost baseline, risk register, issue log, stakeholderregistry, change control log, and other project artifacts. Execute,monitor, and control project work plans and revise as appropriate tomeet changing needs and requirements. Work in multiple industries,functional areas, and business processes to build customer knowledge andcredibility. Work with Sales Teams to promote project management anddevelop new opportunities for the Business Consulting Team. Track andreport project team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Identifyopportunities for project cost efficiencies and process improvements.Ensure project documents are complete, current, and storedappropriately. Minimum of 1,200 hours billed per fiscal year proratedbased on start date. These charge hour requirements will be balancedagainst professional development and on the job training. RequiredExperience: ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: RequiredExperience: 10+ years of project management experience across variousmethodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Experience working as a ProjectManager on application development and DevOps focused projects.Experience in presenting solutions to customers. Preferred Experience:Experience working in a professional services organization.Experience/willingness to help growing organization mature deliveryprocesses and methodologies. Experience in strategic planning, riskmanagement and/or change management. Experience as a manager, lead orequivalent. Required Skills, Education and/or Certifications:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or BusinessAdministration Certification (PMI PMP, PMI Agile Senior Scrum Master,etc.). Theoretical and practical project management knowledge. Excellentorganizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced, professional environment. Ability to communicate withcustomers, fellow team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in projectmanagement software tools SharePoint & Microsoft Suite (MS Project, MSWord, MS Excel, Azure DevOps).
