As a key member of the AnalyticsEngineering team, you will work closely with business teams in thedevelopment of our enterprise analytics platform. You will leverageindustry-leading integration and analytics tools to build a modern datamanagement framework that is accurate, reliable, high performing andeasily accessible within our products and across the teams within thebusiness units. The successful candidate will be responsible for thefull life cycle of development. This includes working closely withbusiness users to establish reporting and analytic requirements andtranslating those business needs into ETL and report specifications. Theideal candidate will embrace and advocate the vision of the Modern DataManagement architecture, working in close collaboration with DataEngineers to bring this vision to life and increase the speed to marketof new data driven insights to new and prospective clients. Thisposition could work on-site in Green Bay, WI, hybrid or remote. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities Include: Transform source system datainto tested and documented datasets based on business needs. Understandand contribute to ongoing architecture, implementation and configurationof data analytics using dbt. Configure visualization tools such asPreset, Looker, Data Studio, Tableau or PowerBI. Streamline andintegrate data management and data analytics from end to end. Contributeto the refinement, development and operationalization of the digitaldata management and analytics vision and strategy. Ensure ongoingalignment to data management best practices while developing andimplementing data policies, standards, catalogs and critical metrics.Preparation of disparate data sources for analysis. Prepare data toidentify patterns and trends in data sets. Define new data collectionand analysis processes.
