As anOperations Coordinator, Hydrometyou will LEAD by……….
Establishing, reinforcing, and supporting a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and procedures/policies.
When necessary, carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Training employees: plan, assign, and collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to direct work; collaborate with the appraisal of individual performance; participate in rewarding and discipling employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
Helping to set goals and objectives for the operations staff of the area.
Directing and coordinating with assistance from the Shift Supervisors activities concerned with production.
Conferring with management personnel and Master Planner/Scheduler to establish production and quality control standards, obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
Collaborating, help plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
Scheduling the weekly Maintenance priorities, collaborating with the Technical Lead and Area Manager
Managing the Work Order/ Work notification backlog in collaboration with the Production Maintenance Coordinator and the Area manager.
Planning and maintaining the Weekly and Daily Safe Schedule Attainment file, receive input from Area Manager to establish agreement.
Assisting with all Title V environmental reporting
Interacting daily with the Master Planner/scheduler to break down master plan to explain batch loading / shift target expectations and ensure these expectations are communicate to the shift personnel.
Assisting in revising production schedules and priorities because of equipment failure or operating problems, establish a mechanism to have “additional production activities” readily available in case of unexpected production breakdowns and upsets.
Working with Contact Supervisors and Production Logistics Coordinators to ensure that needed raw materials and packaging materials are ordered in a timely manner for upcoming production campaigns.
If required, ordering necessary Precious Metals for production campaigns.
Working closely with Area Manager and Process Engineers in implementing process improvements, MOC submissions, safety improvements, area planning, participate in team meetings,
Implementing operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
Helping the Shift Supervisors and Technical Lead troubleshoot equipment and processes, ensure Operators are running the processes in the most efficient manner.
Taking the lead to ensure customer complaints are investigated and resolved.
Compiling, store, and retrieve production data.
Being willing to work shifts and fill in for Shift Supervisors during scheduled and unscheduled absences.
Your elements for success……
High School Diploma/Equivalent required with 5+ years of related experience within a Chemical Manufacturing Environment; OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a Chemical manufacturing environment, Precious Metals Chemicals (PMC) manufacturing or Refinery experience will be a strong plus.
Ability to collaborate with all levels within the site operations and support functions.
Experience managing large groups of operators.
Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Strong math proficiency
Demonstrate ability to lead and influence others.
Must be able to lift to 40 pounds.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $75,000-$95,000 annually. Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
