Description

　　A nonprofit organization located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis is looking for a full time Accounting Specialist to join their team. This role will be hybrid offering you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

　　Day to day responsibilities:

　　Accounts Receivable - Customer invoicing, payment posting, chargebacks, follow up on past due invoices

　　Accounts Payable - Vendor file maintenance, entering and matching vendor invoices, payment of vendor invoices (checks, wires, etc)

　　Account reconciliations

　　Month end close

　　Creating spreadsheets in Excel including creating pivot tables and using vlookups

　　Requirements

　　2+ years of AP and AR

　　Proficiency in Excel including creating pivot tables and using vlookups

　　Attention to detail

　　Great communication skill

　　History of excellent attendance

　　Prior experience with ERP's
