  We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and independent Sr Functional Marketing Manager to join the Global Voice of the Customer (VOC) team to own Advertiser Customer Connections (AC2), inspiring innovation for both end customers and advertisers. You will collaborate with teams across Amazon Ads to deliver hands-on opportunities to see and touch the customer experience; driving improvement to some of the most complex and challenging problems that exist today. Additionally, you will own best-in-class communications and marketing content for the Ads Creative, Trust and Support (ACTS) organization.

  Key job responsibilities

  The AC2 program provides Amazonians immersive experiences to bring them out of their day-to-day in order to feel what it’s like to be an advertiser or end customer, thus inspiring innovation. This role will be expected to autonomously create session topics, deep diving our products and tools to be able to speak on them in an expert fashion; record and edit customer interviews and moderate live sessions with employees L4+. They will be working with new employees, all the way to leaders at the highest levels, including:

  Ability to host engaging on-camera or in-person sessions with up to 75 Amazonians

  Engage with global stakeholders L7+ who own products and services that are represented in AC2 sessions

  Create content (written, video or other mediums) that inspires the ACTS organization and the wider Amazon Ads audience

  About the team

  The Ads Global VOC team rolls under the Customer & Advertiser Success and Insights Team (CASI) organization within Amazon Ads with a unified mission to enable advertising business success by maintaining End Customer trust and by driving improvement for Advertisers, including our employees who serve them. We are a highly collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team of strategic thinkers and doers who also like to have fun!

  Basic Qualifications

  6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

  Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
