As a Qualcomm Engineer, you will define, model, design (digital and/or analog), optimize, verify, validate, implement, and document IP (block/SoC) development for a variety of high performance, high quality, low power world class products. Qualcomm Engineers collaborate with cross-functional groups to determine product execution path.

　　This is a Design Verification/CAD role that involves:

　　Working Design Verification Engineers and CAD teams to support and maintain verification requirements in terms of Automation and CAD support.

　　Coordinating GPU DV CAD Requirement with support CAD, IT and Engineering Compute Teams.

　　Working with Engineering Compute Teams to understand and improve the IT resources supporting large simulations.

　　Training/Supporting DV Engineers in CAD Automation and Infrastructure

　　Monitoring and improve existing simulation environments and simulation efficiency.

　　Skills and experience we would love to see

　　5+ years ASIC Design Verification and/or CAD roles

　　System Verilog, Python, Perl, Shell Scripting, Makefiles, etc

　　Experience working on IBM LSF infrastructure.

　　Experience with CAD flows implementing Synopsys VCS, Cadence Incisive or Mentor Graphics Questa Simulations

　　Desirable:

　　Experience using UVM based verification environments.

　　Experience using Scheduling and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Apache Airflow, Altar FlowTracer, etc.

　　Experience in a Software Automation using Python, Perl, etc

　　Experience working with IT Requirements for LSF, Disk Usage, Memory Requirements, etc.

　　Experience working with SoC Verification Methodologies

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

　　OR

　　Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

　　OR

　　PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
